Review of The Fat Lady  Open in new Window.
Rated: E | (4.0)
Greetings. I've just reviewed your other poem you posted. I enjoyed reading this poetic-piece, well done. A heart-felt poem on expectancy, and with the hopes and dreams of upcoming mothers for their offspring! You expressed yourself very well.

The meter was almost consistent throughout, which was pleasing. The piece flowed with some good rhymes.

Good luck to you and your future with your expected child. Blessings to you.

Thank you. Love love, Andrew. Bye.

Review of Little Mushy Pea  Open in new Window.
Rated: E | (4.0)
Greetings. I like the infant name 'Mushy Pea'. I enjoyed reading your poetic-piece. Congratulations on your upcoming, new member of your family! It must be a joy indeed to feel a life growing inside of you! I've got plenty of respect for a mother going through childbirth.

I would have enjoyed a few rhymes along the way, but that just what I like, and my opinion. The meter could be addressed so as to appease and please more. Sorry to sound negative. Blessings to you.

Keep writing and thank you for sharing.

Thank you. Love love, Andrew. Bye.

Review of Plant the Seeds  Open in new Window.
Rated: E | (4.5)
Greetings. I enjoyed reading your poetic-piece. You did well considering it's conformities. A New Year is a time to cheer for new life along the way, soon to come with Mother Nature's wisdom, as life needs to rest from being blessed or stressed. Spring is indeed a time of birth for vegetation and life. I long for Spring again, which is a pleasant season before summer. I love my ex for being a great mother to my two children!

A well written piece with a consistent meter throughout. Blessings to you.

Thank you. Love love, Andrew. Bye.

Review of Winter Banquet  Open in new Window.
Rated: E | (4.0)
Greetings. I like poems about Mother Nature, so enjoyed reading this poetic-piece. Winter is indeed bleak when creatures seek for something to eat! I liked your analogy of winter and its feasting on blanketing with snowing! Some of the metre could be addressed so as to appease and please more! Sorry to be negative. Blessings to you.

Thank you. Love love, Andrew. Bye.

Greetings. I enjoyed reading your poetic-piece and like what you've done with its structure! The stars are always there if you look and stare beyond the cloud that's being a shroud! A poignant piece expressing grief, with the belief that to take away like a thief can lead to you laying a wreath of a love lost! Blessings to you.

Thank you. Love love, Andrew. Bye.

Greetings. I enjoyed reading your poetic-piece. I like the line 'it's a sorrow of another goodbye'. The first verse is a beginning to your concise, short story in verse, and an introduction to your piece, and says so much for the reader to read on. The second verse is a reflection of what was, a middle to your story. And the end is a reflection on your present suffering. A well written and structured, poignant piece with good rhymes. Blessings to you.

Thank you. Love love, Andrew. Bye.

Review of The Moon  Open in new Window.
Rated: E | (4.0)
Greetings. I enjoyed reading your poetic-piece. A piece denoting the moon and its attributes to earth and humans. The moon is frozen, and is attacked by meteorites! Man has yet to dominate the moon, but the moon can dominate man, as in its magical powers to impress. The tides are susceptible to its prowess at giving more and not less! The metre of the piece could be addressed to appease and please the reader. I enjoyed the occasional rhyme along the way. Well done, an expressive and creatively written piece denoting the moon. Blessings to you.

Thank you. Love love, Andrew. Bye.

Review of Your Lips Alone  Open in new Window.
Rated: 13+ | (4.5)
Greetings. I enjoyed reading your poetic-piece. Well done. Well written with some good rhymes. The piece flowed with a longing for lips belonging to a partner devout! You expressed the lustful bliss of a kiss well, with a 'kiss and tell' of being in hell without this swell expressive expression of love. Blessings to you.

Thank you. Love love, Andrew. Bye.

Review of MEMORIES  Open in new Window.
Rated: E | (4.5)
Greetings. A heat-felt poetic-piece of missing a loved one. I liked the rhymes within the piece, which kept me appeased while reading. The piece flowed well and is written like a rap, but is like an elegy! The poetic-piece flowed well, and I enjoyed reading. Strong feelings of love and devotion expressively expressed. Very creative. You should write more poetry. Blessings to you.

Thank you. Love love, Andrew. Bye.

Greetings. I enjoyed reading your poetic-piece. Well done. Mother's do have a lot on their plate, and have to debate with their children sometimes being unruly! You have my praise for living your days with a child who plays and strays to naughty ways.

Well done for being a mother, you have my praise.

Some of the metre could be tweaked. Just my opinion.

Thank you. Love love, Andrew. Bye.

A happy New Year to you.

Review of The White Stork  Open in new Window.
Rated: E | (4.0)
Greetings. I enjoyed reading your poetic-piece. Well done. Very imaginative and creative. Well written with good rhymes.

The second line's metre is lengthy in comparison to the other lines expressed, you could try and shorten it to appease the construction. I try and steer clear of repeating words in a piece, but sometimes it is unavoidable!

On the whole you told the story well. A happy New Year to you.

Thank you. Love love, Andrew. Bye.

Review of The abyss  Open in new Window.
Rated: E | (4.5)
Greetings. A poignant piece with a turn! The reader gets a feel that the abyss is unwelcome at the beginning of the piece, then you turn it to actually favouring it, which was unexpected, which I liked. This is very dark, with images to play on the reader's mind. Some cleverly penned expressions.

On the whole I enjoyed reading, so well done. Thank you for sharing and keep writing and typing. A happy New Year to you.

Thank you. Love love, Andrew. Bye.

Greetings. A poignant poetic-piece. Was he sleeping around? He had deep regrets of letting her go, but all he had to do was beg to get her back on track, so his days would become less barren! He was a fool to stool, but still acting cool by thinking of himself as superior, when he should have lowered himself to restore some of his health, as he's suffering with his cheating resulting in him being lonely.

On the whole I enjoyed reading, with some good rhymes along the way. Good luck to you. Thanks for sharing and keep writing. A happy New Year to you.
