Hi I am new here and have a question about writing under a pseudonym. If I wanted to autograph a copy of the book that I wrote under a pseudonym do I sign my name or my pseudonym and will I get in trouble? An attorney recommended that i make my name a trademark. Do you also recommend that? It would mean registering my name for business purposes. Also is there anyone on here who is an attorney that works with copyright and psuedonyms? I am looking for one. However, I can't really pay them much. But a payment plan is workable.
