I wrote a short story, and I like it.

I've added a new entry to my book, "Invalid Item" :
         "Invalid Entry" 

I was looking through my google drive files to find an assignment I have misplaced - and I stumbled on some old assignments I did almost ten years ago for an online fiction writing course (not on this site - an actual, accredited writing course). This was well before I found writing.com, and it was before I had made any inroads at all on battling my writer's brick (my term for an inability to sit down and write). Unfortunately, I only did 3 or 4 assignments before the weight of performance anxiety got to me. That's right, when it actually came time for me to write a real short story, I folded and ran away with my stripey tail between my legs.


You may find it a tad confusing at first, the teachers edits and formats didn't come across in the cut and paste.

I really wish I had finished this course.
Final prompts are up I'm the 30 Day Blogging Challenge forum. Started with a hiccup, and ended with one too.
I've edited my latest blog entry to make it obvious that it is, in fact, a blog entry and not a promotion of an activity.

I just discovered Tabletop Simulator on Steam. My life is now complete.

I've just edited an item in my portfolio:

Their life falling apart, hard decisions 4 a couple trying to do the best for their kids.


So, I got a review for an item I forgot existed. Curious, I went to check out what folder it was in.

Weird thing is I couldnt find this item in my own portfolio! Have you heard of this kind of orphaned item before?

I was able to edit it and move its folder. But where did it go to or come from? How many other ghost items are there floating around, haunting WDC?
I was also unable to find this item when I searched my own portfolio.

Sometimes you just have to have a little bit of fun with your homework! Handed this "Invalid Entry"  in today as an Assessment Task for using Communication to Build Relationships unit in my Leisure and Health/Recreation Therapy/Activity Programmer course.

I will keep you posted on my teachers response.
Years ago, in a media studies course I did, as he read my assessment essay, that teacher spat coffee onto the poor student in front of him.
