I forgot to pay my renewal and got cut off.

So sorry that I have been MIA over the last while. I am sitting at home recuperating after major hip surgery on 4th September. I am up and about and have graduated to walking with one crutch. Still have to take some pain meds but have started to reduce them since the weekend.

How has everyone been the last few months. I missed the birthday celebrations this year, too. Since NaPoWriMo in April, I have been focusing on getting physically fit, so that I can recuperate as quickly as possible from my hip op. I now have a spanking new titanium hip joint, which should return quite a lot of the mobility that I have lost over the last 10 years.

My summer was mental, as we were organising my youngest daughter's Civil Partnership Celebration mid-August. The Neanderthals at Stormont Castle are doggedly blocking the Bill to allow LGBT marriage in Northern Ireland, despite it being passed in Mainland UK.

Wonderful is your support of your daughter's CCC and your work against the Neanderthals in Ireland so like the Neanderthals of America who also oppose the rights of LGBT Marriage. Here in Kentucky, the elected County Clerk said her god makes the laws she follows, so she demands her signature-as-required NOT be on LGBT marriage licenses; yet she fails her god miserably by three divorces and remarriage.

I thought June was busy and that things would have eased by now. Silly me.

I am still about, just have no time for actually posting stuff. We have a family wedding in four weeks and my other daughter has just sprung a last minute holiday on us leaving on Saturday.

Life is uber busy. Just had to share

I am going through a bit of hiatus with my writing at the moment. I'm not sure if it is even worth continuing.
You know some days you don't want to write. Some days you wonder why you write. The rest are spent fighting off your muse because you cannot write fast enough. Your at one of those "write or not to writer" cross walks all writers face. Most of us face this because we don't have any set goals to work toward and all we have been doing was looking for a project.
Sometimes you can just stop. Take it up later when you've lived some stuff and your head gets overloaded until you HAVE to write. It happened to me.
It is always worth keeping up, even if at a greatly reduced level. I had tried giving it up, but it always drew me back.
