| …SURGERY TODAY… Well, it’s finally here! They will be doing an implant for my bladder. It will be implanted in my lower back. A little nervous about it. I’ll explain everything later, what it is called. It’s to early and my brain isn’t functioning properly… 😱 I’m staying at my son’s overnight. I don’t feel like stressing out over taking Fable out. My apologies I was trying but it’s very difficult to get through a day without passing out for hours and very exhausting doing any tasks. | Please, forgive me everyone for my sudden absence. My foot does have a hairline crack and I’ve been dealing with it and lost track of time. I will get back to you today for everyone who participated in the survey. I’m so embarrassed that I dropped the ball. There will be a special treat for all of you. It’s 3am and I woke up realizing that I hadn’t given everyone their Valentine yet. I’m exhausted and I’ll need to get back to you in a few hours. Severe Fatigue Syndrome is beating me up and I’m trying to do things in stages. | Here’s somewhat of an update. A lot going on here with my family as you’ll read. I posted this article on Facebook that Jim Carrey had quoted. Please, go read it! It might help you if you’re going through grief. I look back on when my grief first started to manifest the most in my life. I was 22 a young mother who just lost her best friend, her momma! Yes, the pain dulled and memories manifested after 30 years. I have lost some very amazing people in my family. Yes, a few WdC family members Angus  , mangakate who touched my heart tremendously. Even though we may never have met, we were still family. That’s what the heart does, it takes the love you have inside to reach others. My sister had the same effect on others. Her gaming group reached out to me trying to find out any information about her that they could. They searched for someone to find out about her. A week before her death and I was able to relay messages to her and updates to them. She was in ICU most of the two months, back and forth. It was hard for her to talk. I’ve learned a lot from this experience. You can’t wait too show others how much you love them. Because you never know when your time comes. She started a few months ago calling me to tell me how much she loved me. 😭😭😭 She was telling me goodbye and I knew it. I will cherish every single moment that she gave me! I hope that others will mend their fences and their hearts before it’s too late. 💔💔💔 I love every single one of you guys. We have memories, we have love and friendship that can last forever. Here’s what I posted! I’m getting all emotional here guys!!! Getting older sucks, we start to count how many losses we have, family, friends, colleagues and neighbors. My heart is breaking with the loss of my younger sister yesterday, a few weeks ago my best friends momma whom I became close to as well, and my younger brother (in law) a few months ago. The pain stays… it just dulls slowly. It takes you however long it takes you, because it’s your heart that’s broken and no one has the right to tell you when to get over it. We’re all built different. I wanted to post this because it is very well said! Thank you, J.C. for your kind words! |
| Getting old is bad. The body fails before the mind and heart do. We still feel and think, dream and plan. I too have lost two younger siblings. I am almost the last one in the family, definitely the oldest. So, I understand. I too feel like I know some WDC folks. We do make connections here. I will keep you in my prayers during your grieving. |

| It’s 4 am and I’ve been up a couple of hours now! My brain kicked on after Fable woke me up to go to the bathroom. 🥴 Now, I can’t get it to turn off! I’ve been painting and packing for 3 weeks straight without a day off to rest. But, we’re finally starting to see the end of the tunnel. This downsizing isn’t easy and I’ve learned a lot about myself while doing it. I’m so ready for this to be over with. In the meantime I’ve had to replace the a/c in the house a few weeks ago. I’m just gonna say Cahhhh Ching $$$$. Along with my car dying on me while I was driving to work. The clutch went out and with all the expense’s I’ve had this year it might be a bit before I get it fixed. The estimate $1250. I’m laying here thinking there’s a reason why my car quit before I had a chance to sale my house. 🤔🤔🤔 Without a way to work now I could lose my job., I’m praying that doesn’t happen. I had someone contact me about a job I wanted but couldn’t make it because I had no way of getting there. 😭 Man, when it rains it pours sometimes. Grab a towel and get back up! You can’t let life stop you and every time it bucks you off get back on and ride it like there’s no tomorrow. Because it might not be there. Hugzzzz and Love, miss y’all… ❤️❤️❤️ |
| WOW, Sis! And I thought I was running fast! Reminds me of the old saying, "Time flies when you're having fun!" However, what you've relayed doesn't sound like fun. Maybe you could try the froggy remix of this saying, "Time's sure fun when you're having flies!" I suppose that's how some wag came up with the advice, "Maybe we could be like frogs, and eat what bugs us!" Frankly, I don't think I'd like the taste, and I wouldn't want to eat anything, that can eat back. I pray, that the first part of Proverbs 17:22, KJV, has been a help to both of us, today. | I read most of my emails I thought and didn’t realize that I was gifted a new yearly membership! Thank you so much! Because this comes to me when I needed a pick me up the most. I was driving to work and 4 miles outside the town I work in my beloved Mustang starts to break down. The clutch goes out by that time we limped 2 more miles. Now, I have no car. To top it off I received a text from an application from 2 weeks ago for tomorrow morning. I tried to reschedule it for Wednesday because my boss is coming to get me and take me to work. Kinda hard to say “Hey, is there anyway you can take me to a job interview?” Then an hour later my son gets a job lead as well. After not having work for over a year! He wrecked (totaled) his car 10 months ago. Not, a good time to have no wheels between us. I’m almost done getting the house ready to sell. Please, send prayers for us. They are much appreciated, I thank you from the bottom of my heart 💝! Going for now Jeremy and I are going to try and come up with a plan for the next few days. Love y’all ❤️🥰❤️ |

| I hope this finds everyone doing well. I’ve been doing a lot of research and thinking about my future. I’m planning on selling my house and moving into a tiny home! Yes, a Tiny Home! No, not an RV, I hate those although they are great for camping and temporary accommodations. I want a home and a Tiny Home is my choice. I feel comfortable and confident about my choice. This should help me get my life back on track with my goals for more time with God, Fable, and family. The expenses of owning a conventional home has become more than I can afford and handle at this time of my life. Talk about Fable she just crawled up on my stomach and is wanting attention so, I gotta go. Love you guys. Talk to you soon! ❤️ |

I’m truly sorry to announce this today of all days, his birthday! I just received an email from Lynn Jones his sister. She hesitated to send it to me. The barrier of bad news. I do understand the wait. On May 23, 2025 our beloved Angus passed. I do have the address for anyone who wants to join us "Cards of Love" in sending condolences to his family. Please, let me know if you’re interested in doing so. If you can send 4 cards that would be great. He has 2 daughters that live in different cities and then his 2 sisters in Texas. Please join me and sending condolences, your thoughts and prayers as well. I will be sending a formal letter out to the card group as soon as I can get my words together.
