Falling appart:

today i fell appart.

I started crying which i never do.

I started thinking of memories.

painful memories.

it hurt so much i wept for the first time in 4 years.

then everything came to the surface.

the pain of missing all my loved ones.

the pain that i pushed away for so long came at me like a tidal wave.

all the emotions were overwhelming.

i never thought all this would be so over powering.
