Can someone please tell me how to submit a competition or contest entry. I know there are specific guidelines, but don't know where to find them.

Thanks in advance.

Gita
Hey Gita,

You basically just have to look at the contest page to see the specific guidelines. For example, if you wanted to enter "Holiday Short Story Contest - closed, you can see the rules for that contest about midway down the page. Is there a specific contest you're looking to enter?

Does anyone out there have some advice on how to cope with Glandular Fever? I've had it twice in the last sixteen months, this time with the Coxsackie virus in addition to the Epstein Barr virus. My main symptom is fatigue.
Sorry Gita you've been sick. I'll ask around.

Feel better,

Hanna

drink more water than anything else - take vitamin c or eat foods high in vitamin c like oranges, kiwi, potatoes - get plenty of sleep - use honey and lemon juice to soothe any sore throat issues

It's a virus so meds aren't going to help much. Drinking water will keep you hydrated and lessen the fatigue issues.
