The loneliness likes to creep in from multiple directions. Staying vigilant and trying to resist. Must. Keep. Swimming.
Keep your head up. You got this.
My Grandma joined my Grandpa last night. She fought with pneumonia and her body was tired. I know she is in a place with less pain, but it still hurts. *Angel*

Maybe
Just maybe
There is a small dot of light.
Don't mind the lurking ghost. Just cleaning up the cobwebs and dust. *Wand*

My brother was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes today... He is currently still in the hospital after having an extremely high blood sugar level. Any good vibes and prayers are welcome.
I will certainly be praying. I am borderline type 2 and am fighting it.
Soccie,

I missed this note. How is your brother doing now?

He is getting used to the blood sugar testing and the insulin shots. He is a trooper and is doing much better than I would with all those needles. >.<

My promotion is officially super official. I never really saw myself as being an assistant manager/merchandising associate, but sometimes life turns out different in reality versus what we thought we might do. Three cheers to making money. *Dollar*
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Try to forget
Self doubt.

Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Hold the tears.
Don't cry out.

Hide the pain.
Bury the sorrow.
No one cares
Fake smile tomorrow.

Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Awkward customer moment... Female customer (maybe in her 40's or older?): *points to the rolls of coins that are wrapped in plastic* "Those remind me of condoms." Me: *FacePalm* *Shock2* *Silent*

Got to love the people who come shopping at our store... Oh. We also had someone poop in one of the fitting rooms. Awkward... (but it happens more then it should)... *Sick*

Talking with my mother about gay marriage is like playing with fire. I doubt that she will ever see past her prejudice... Let there be love. *Heart*
Some amazing stuff here. Star wars, Dr who, Harry Potter. *Cheshire*
The cold creeps through the windows and into my bones.
My skin dries and knuckles crack.
Snow on the ground and more to come.
Winter has... finally... sprung.

In these quiet moments I try to capture the calm and squirrel *Squirrel* it away for another day. I try to find some peace *Peace* and silence my mind... even if it only lasts a few moments. *Thinker* *Baretree*
Sometimes you dance *Bootl* *Bootr* and sometimes you cry *Cry*. It is all worth it when you learn to fly *Star*
