following up my review:
'Marine Steam reciprocating engines' are relics of the past, as diesel power is much more thermal efficient , & mechanically reliable.If you are setting your book later than 1970, marine steam would be too worn for high seas use- & turbine steam is reserved for very large passenger vessels.
