Have just put a pass code on all chapters except the first one. Most people who should have the code already have it. I will consider requests from others. This is a work in progress.

Phew! Got the whole thing posted. Will figure out how to set up the restrictions correctly later. If this ever become anything it needs a huge writing make over. Better a lousy rough manuscript than a vague plot bouncing around in my head.
