What are you passionate about and would really, really want to share with your best friend? Consider the audience you want to write for and what you believe they may want to read. Just start placing one word, then another, then another on paper and don't worry about how it reads or if it makes any sense. Keep going until you have nothing else to write or are getting fatigued. What's the title and I'll go take a look? Or could you post a link here? You do that by using these brackets {} and putting item:####### inside them. Once you type the first bracket and the word item with the : you usually get a pull down menu that will let you choose an item that you can then click on.
