It is the first of many edits until it is finished.
         During the process of life, I turned from an inquisitive person to an introverted one. I shut down just so I wouldn't have to feel pain any more. As the result, I don't feel at all. Since my life has changed again, I feel bereft of the one thing I most need: the ability to feel. I express called for opinions in a careful and controlled manner, speaking the words I think need to be said, not the words I used to feel. Impressions are slow to make their presence known, and by the time I need them, the person or situation is gone.
         I am experimenting with different ways of learning again. It's slow. I am here to rediscover who I am or who I am supposed to be.

It's just a few thoughts about how I feel about counting my blessings.
I am beginning again with my writing. Life happened to stop the writing, but I have found a way to bring it back. I'm new to what is going on here, and am interested in learning more.
