is it ok to create the book cover before actually writing the whole book?

hi so am a new writer i actually started last week writing i have my story plot but i dont know how to start my first chapter and am kind of nervous

Welcome to WDC. I second JACE Author IconMail Icon's advice. You should also check out some of the forums, like General Discussion.
Lots of good YouTubers have excellent videos. Some of my favorites are Writing for Screens, Ellen Brock, K. M. Weiland, Brandon Sanderson. Searching for authors of good writing books like Robert McKee, John Truby, Christopher Vogler will yield lots of 'Tubers commenting on their books. The best advice I saw was never call yourself an 'aspiring' writer; if you write, you are a writer!
