I have tried twice to renew my membership but have been unable to do so. I pay with my debit card and have never had any trouble before. Now when I hit pay all I get is a screen saying it loading and it goes no farther. Has anyone else had this problem? I don't know what to do. I don't want to use Paypal. I have only until Jan 31.
Have you been to the tech support forum? Or you could message the SMs. I hope you can get the matter sorted out in time. Sorry I can't be more help.
