I've been holding my demons at bay, so many nights I spent sleepless. My body numb on the outside but fire burning through my skin. My heart is cracking under the screaming voices in my head. They're hurting each other, in turn hurting me.
I’m assuming this is about anxiety? Or no? If it is, I relate. It sucks
