| Today was our 19th Wedding Anniversary, and we went shopping and then played with our bunnies and chickens, who are loose in the back yard. |

| Well, y'all, I've lost 23 pounds on a whole food, plant based diet! With so many choices of organic produce, whole grains and fruits, I can snack all day long. Many people choose to become Vegan to object to the horrors the animals used for food are subjective to. The videos of the factory farms were a big part of my decision. The weight loss was an added bonus. If anyone asks, I let them know that there is plenty of protein in vegetables and nuts. Animal protein is hard to digest, and linked to many health issues like coronary disease or some cancers. I highly recommend this lifestyle to anyone, especially those with diabetes or blocked arteries. |

| Oh my God, Ann! This is horrible! Have you had any letters or contacts with any relgious groups. I trust them less than the government. | We're geared up for temps below freezing and an icestorm. The schools are closed and Charleston, SC, is almost shutting down. We've prepared for power outages and dangerous driving conditions. I'll be stuck here in the house, but will have the cats and my pooch. If the heat goes out I have a goose down mummy bag that is toasty. We'll just wait and see. It's only cloudy and 40 degrees right now. I would love sunny California! L. |
| I can't get into my port's listings of my writings. I want to look for a particular item and I can't bring it up by using "Portfolio," or any of the other apps. Does anyone else have that problem? I am looking for some of the pictures, in particular. Lesley Ann |
