The raffle will now end at 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, July 11th. Tickets are now 500 GPs each! There will be (5) lucky winners sharing 30% of the pot, so get your butt over there and make sure you get your chance to win!

If you're worried about the time commitment, don't! It sounds like it'll be crazy, but it's not that bad. I participated last year, and it was tons of fun. | So, here I am, minding my own business, er . . . well . . . okay, sifting through everyone else's business on the newsfeed . . . and I see this: "Note: There are only six qualified entries so far to th..." And I think to myself, Self, you've never written a mystery before. Maybe you should give it a shot. And then I think, I wonder how many other people I know haven't ever written one before, too. That got me to thinkin' . . . I'd like to issue a CHALLENGE for anyone out there who doesn't normally write mysteries. Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is this:  Write and enter a mystery story for "Journey Through Genres: Official Contest" before the end of the month.  Link your item in a comment to this note. I will read every entry linked here, and then for every five pieces posted, I will choose one to award a Mystery Merit Badge to. So if there's 15 links posted here, I'll hand out three badges. Depending on the number of responses, I may not get a chance to review them all, but I do promise to read and rate.
