What would happen in the public schools if students learned manners? How would this change come about? Could new alternatives help students handle their stress? Students who would rather draw in class could become apprentices to sign companies or painting contractors. They could do community service to paint over graffiti on buildings or boxcars. Contests could be started for wall murals, park sculpture, and church art.
