I was on Facebook and saw an electric scooter {the one in my port} It was advertised by Walmart and Amazon, and it was very cheap, so I got it and the battery for under 50;00. {first red flag} Come to find out it was coming from China. {second red flag} Anyway, it got to my city and was out for delivery and then an E-mail saying it had been delivered to my mailbox.

There was no package. After days of trying to get help finding it, I called my bank to cancel my transaction. They had to cancel and replace my debit card and will reimburse me. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP ONLINE! So sad there are people like that out there ripping the elderly off. SO PLEASE BEWARE.

It's terrible. I think they should take these people and sentence them to twenty years working in a Postal Service sorting room as well as deduct enough from their pay to reimburse anyone they scammed.
my bank won't let me shop international. The things I've bought so far on ebay have been fine. Love the knit hat with the light in it. Keeps Eugenes head warm while he works out in the garage, I love my dragob earrings and the dragon cookie press, dvds and cds etc
I did get scammed on one thing. I ordered a wood burning kit with 50 tips. Only the USED wood burning thing came, none of the 50 tips

I was going through and reading a few of your items and there was one that really got to me, when I was semi-homeless, I didn't have anywhere to go. I knew no one would help me but a friend did help and I was thankful for that. You're right, when someone is homeless, needs a meal, I would help that family because I was there at some point in my life.

That's why I'm always grateful and I don't take anything for granted anymore. It's not easy to be on your own and I realize that after I left home.

I just want to say, thank you for sharing and I'm happy you got nominated, so congratulations.
I’ve been there twice in my lifetime. So many people helped my family out so much. I need to write about those seasons of my life as well. Congratulations on your nomination.
