| Do you ever write something you really like and eagerly enter it in a contest, hoping to win? Then, glimmering with pride, you read the other entries, fall in love with them, and realize that you don't even want to win anymore because you want their ultra-deserving entry to win? Happens to me all the time. :) |

This month, Bob came up with my favorite prompt ever. I literally had to write a story the moment I saw it. "Pro's and con's of 'Absolute Truth' in science and religion" I would love to read what everyone comes up with for that one (hint, hint)! :) |
Actually, I feel a little intimidated by some good writes out there.
Contests here don't necessarily mean validation, however. In fact, some of the greatest writers tell stories of the ignorance of publishers who rejected their writing. So, there's that.
