Sinus infections are of the devil
Comma question:

If I write:

"I don't want to mom"

Do I write it "I don't want to mom." or "I don't want to, mom."

I over comma so I'm not sure if this is my add an extra comma for good measure or what.
"I don't want to mom." would suggest you don't want to be a mom.

"I don't want to, mom." would suggest you've got a kid that doesn't want to do what his/her mother is telling him.

Hope that helps!

I love your explanation, Lorraine !
Well done ! *Smile*

Joints are shot and most I can do is stretch and pray lol
Had a fun adventure trying to log into Writing.com
Good morning. Woke up, boyfriend is nowhere to be found. Hm.

Google docs keeps changing Penelope to Vanellope. SO ADORABLE.

I started reading the series that Midnight Texas is based around. It feels way different from the show. lol
Good Evening! I have created a few weeks or so back. A facebook page dedicated to telling and reading self-created stories for children.

This stems from the original book club created by a teacher. However, due to copyright laws they had to take down their book club.

The rules are 1) Child friendly 2) Self-created stories 3) Can be written and posted OR video 4) Kids (or kids at heart!) can participate.

Thank you!
Please no matter what -- write, read, tell stories, share them! [ kid friendly ]

*Paw* I have another portion of my job interview to go through for an Assistant teacher position. Fourth! Man, I am stressed because this is a lot of energy into a job that I'm not sure I'll have.
Another interview. Hopefully when. I stop stressing about work I can get back to writing regularly. Still doing so just not as frequently as before. Hope everyone is having a great week.
Ah, rejection. Unemployment continues
Wandering around mopey and jobless. Hope everyone's doing well and writing stories that they want to write.
Still job hunting. For most schools around me it's about 17 days until the new school year starts! I am sad that I may not have my own classroom this year. With my degree and teaching certification I'll get paid more for substituting this school year at least, LOL!
Sad part is there are so many openings but I can't get one. I am qualified to teach 1-6, especially math. I've been interviewing since my last semester at school. I've substituted for over two years now.
Does he enjoy his job? I am heading toward finding work in a different field, too.
It's long hours, but he does like it. Pretty good money too. He still does apply to teaching jobs when he sees one, but he can't get hired because nobody wants to pay him what a teacher with 2 masters should make, and he works so much that he can't really sub.

What I'm seeing a lot of lately is people going back to school for accounting. It's really not a bad bet considering everybody has to file taxes every year, especially for someone who has an affinity for math. *shrug* I'm praying that my B.A. in Psych nets me a job to get me through my doctorate, but I have to be honest; I'm a little scared.
