Yes! I haven't read a lot of them, but I've very much enjoyed the ones I've read. I highly recommend the series for my fellow mystery lovers.

I recommend either hopping over to the Help: Technical (technical support) forum or to the Report Bugs forum. There're a lot of changes going on, so it's possible you need to learn to do it differently. But also, it's possible it just isn't working now because of the changes. IDK which it is, but both forums can be found in the Tools & Help menu on the left. Good luck!
