Good morning to all. As I sit at work and wait for things to break so I can fix them I am reminded of one of the best things about this community for me and that is haunting the halls of WdC and doing the good work of The Vigilante Angel  . As a Vigilante Ranger I get to skulk the corridors of this great campus, in the shadows of course, to find truly deserving writers/reviewers/contest hosts/etc... And I get to reward them with GP's or Awards. It is a true honor for me to reward such honest and nice people who take the time to let others know that they are also appreciated. So keep an eye for me in your periphery as you walk these hallowed halls; you may just find that I and The Vigilante Angel are watching... |

| The "Create-A-History" Photo Prompt Contest is a Contest Series that will allow the writer to explore deep, rich histories and details of their own design based solely on their imagination!!! - There is a catch, however, this history should be limited to 1,500 words.... The Goal: To write a short story, 1,500 words or less, using the Picture Prompt above] - Let your imagination soar!. | Good morning WdC Peeps! It's me and I'm back! It has been far too long and I have been just aching to start writing again. My absence is of course, due to me moving from Austin, TX to SoCal to marry the love of my life and we had a son, Finnegan! Now that he is three and can begin to do things on his own I finally have some time to devote to writing. I plan on resurrecting "The Sci-fi Writers Guild" and "Hell Inc." soon enough. | Just wanted to drop in and give the news. My son Finnegan Carter Daly was born on 8/9/13 @ 4:10 pm PST. 9 lbs and 21 inches. Mom and baby are doing great; all are tired still. |
| Finnegan Carter Daly is almost here!! Just a couple more weeks to go! He is already measuring 3 weeks bigger than he should for 35 weeks. I am begging my wife never to call him Bubba... I don't want to force him to play football for work on a farm... Or go to prison for that matter :p |
