Hello. It's been quite some time since I've been here at WDC, but I will try and get my membership started again.

Enga reached out to me to find out how I was doing. I am doing well. I finished school with a Bachelor's degree in communications and am now a grandma (GiGi)!! I've just begun writing personally again. It's quite different than academic writing that's for sure.

Well, it's my bedtime, so I'm heading to bed. I'll try to remember to log on and say hello. I hope you are all doing wonderfully!

After so many years of degrading myself, I finally feel good.

I must make a choice. Move forward or stay stuck in the past. I've finally realized the past is not a fun or healthy place to live. But now, I need to know how to stay in the present and look toward the future. I know it's a conscious decision. But after living so long in the past, it's hard to remember that's not where I want to be. I'll have to remind myself daily what I want to accomplish and remember that feeling I want to go away. And I've done something that I haven't done in a while. I wrote something! Hopefully, it will be motivation enough.
