My Yuletide Wish


I want unconditional love to touch all hearts
planting seeds in darkness to grow apart
and all those in darkness to see the light
all those in pain to find peace in the night.

I want all those who have no place to call home
those who have no shelter for lonely cold bones
to be offered a chance to feel the desire
of sitting with family in front of the Yule fire.

I want all peoples on this planet of blue
to find love in their souls and kindness too.
Compassion for all life shouldn't we share
with the lions, the tigers, the birds and the bears?

May those without enough find what they need
I wish for them enough to nurture the seed
from green shoot, to bud, to full blossom flower
and may they find enough in their final hour.

Same old Stuff, different day. But I wanted to say thank you to all the people who read and review my work, even the ones who disagree with my blog and give me 2 words and one star for a review. Proves I am getting my point across. If I was not making them angry, I would not be writing effectively. And an extra large thank you to all who give me kind words and actually review my work, with edit included. Makes me a better writer all the way around.
