I Got A Gifted Membership


Apparently as a congratulations for finishing NaNoWrimo, I got a free three month membership from an anonymous user!

I just want to express how shell-shocked, humbled and extremely grateful to receive such a gift! Whoever you are, thank you, I won't waste it!

I was feeling pretty unmotivated about writing, especially on this website (which I owe a lot when it comes to my writing life). I let my old membership wither away and expire because I simply never put any pen to paper. I have so many unfinished stories and works-in-progress, but my writing stagnated.

So now receiving this, I feel compelled to pull up my socks and work again at writing. Enjoy the process, make mistakes, try to improve and finally get some work done.

So again, sincerely, thank you. Thank you anonymous person. This isn't something I take for granted. It's given me a new perspective on life as well. I truly do appreciate this.
