updating and correcting errors in my blog. The number of readers is increasing, but slowly.
Went to a performance of lipazan horses on Sunday. They were wonderful and quite beautiful as were the riders all female in elagant outfits and hair in long French braids. The introduction gave us a great history of these animals as well as details about retirement care and training methods. As an animal lover I was impressed with their care and training methods and the beautiful pastures they will roam during retirement. They use a reward method for training - carrots and apples (I think) to encourage them and sugar cubes only during performances.
The fact that it was a charity event made it seem even more special.
