What have I missed? Been away for far too long. Will hopefully become more active however, I'm currently studying a teacher training course, which means I am quite busy.

Taking a break from WDC. I've turned off the Review Requests, as I'm getting ready for going back to University. I'll still work on the reviews that have already been requested. I guess this is bye for now. Keep writing! *Smile*

Just been made redundant today ... but on the bright side more time for my writing and WDC!
Um, excuse my ignorance lol What do you mean by "made redundant"? I am running on very little sleep and my brain has turned to mush hehe Of course anything that makes more time for your writing cannot be all bad :)
By "redundant" I mean I've lost my job due to the building catching fire and being destroyed. Since the company won't rebuild, I've been politely sacked *Wink* I am very fortunate to have a second job though *Wink*

Has realised that he has bitten off more than he can chew with his novel. So I have now decided to start small and stick to short stories for the time being. Watch this space!
Thinking about creating another blog ... not sure what to do with the current one, perhaps close it down or just delete it? Not sure, but I am feeling that I need to go in a different direction. Less negativity and more positivity, Hence a new blog. Or perhaps just a blog dedicated to my writing and reading...

I am now engaged to the love of my life. I am really happy and may just start writing some romance ... maybe I'm not so morbid after all *Wink*
32 years ago my father imparted some advice:That if a man is very lucky and finds a good woman, they after about 20 years, will be able to afford everything he wouldn't need, if he had not gotten married. He was quite correct, I have 3 houses, 7 cars, and a huge cabinet in my dinning room, full of hand made 18th century Bavarian china. That doesn't even begin to count the silver. Nor the tea sets on the credenza. I now can afford just about anything my wife wants. All I need is- well-ok her!

Had a lovely meet and greet with published crime/comedy author Simon Brett. His Lecture if it can be called that was very interesting. Plus afternoon tea at the local library was a bonus. Not my usual genre of reading but interesting nonetheless.

Still on break due to lack of pc/home Internet connection but I am making the best of it by going to the library.

Loves it when I get attacked by my sister's cat just because I'm sat at the pc on WDC. I knew the cat didn't like me lol I kinda guessed that from the looks she gave me, you know the 'destroy him with a single blink' kind of look lol ... not my day today lol
