Notes with the most momentum this week
I've added a new entry to my blog, "Toe in the Water:
         "DNA

All thanks to watching too much YouTube.
WB_Radley Author Icon, there was actually a research article about which news source was the most accurate / least biased. The main result was that they are all horribly biased. I think it found CNN to be the least terrible, but I can't recall for sure except that it wasn't Fox, which amused me since their slogan yrs ago was "fair and balanced." Of course, they've long since dropped that, so I shouldn't be surprised that they weren't fair or balanced. Lol

I don't have cable, so I like to think I'm being misled a bit more slowly. Hahaha! But, yeah, it was concerning to find they are all horribly biased. Yikes! I think the conclusion was that it's important to watch several sources, including opposing ones, since everyone misrepresents the other side and fluffs up their own side. Ugh. So, if you watch several opposing sources, you'll eventually get all the info. Of course, the problem is sorting out the reality from the trash since they all include trash. Eek! Good luck!

I only use YouTube for news about things like the publishing industry. I'd never use it for actual world news because most of the creators are getting their info from news outlets, of course, since they aren't journalists, themselves. So, the news outlets put their bias on it, then the creator does as well. No thanks. But to hear about the most recent changes to Amazon's terms and conditions or what new lawsuit has popped up for AI, I do use YouTube for that.
Schnujo's having school probs Author Icon - But who did the research? You're so right. One must double, triple check. The lies, to me, are not only fairly easy to spot, it's usually the same old dance their bosses tell them to.

Scott Jennings is the only sane voice at CNN. Proud to be MAGA. God, then country and family. BE BOLD. BE BRAVE. I pray, for our revitalized military is deploying at this moment and for our dysfunctional Congress to wake up and eliminate what has been a thorn in our side since forever and do the right thing. Believe me, without total obliteration, the crazies will be back. With a nuke. Also, pray for the Iranian people who used to be fairly free. The revolt is coming!
Schnujo's having school probs Author Icon - Cable gives you access to a plethera of news options. Unfortunately, our country gets dumber every day. Youtube, Snapchat, Tik tok. Bad news. I know it's not easy, but the founding fathers knew this was coming.

Though I do use Youtube for instructional videos.
