Dark figures scramble through the shadows of the each corner in the house as rain pours down the windows. It was far from morning and the rain didn't sound like it was going to give up for some time. Shapes and shadows danced all over the walls as wave after wave of rain soaked the windows. A crashing of thunder here and there kept David and Leeanne in shock while strikes up lighting remained the only source of light in the house.
The only thing more terrifying than waiting for daylight to come.
