The Council for traveling off Blulan is addressed regarding the Archer System.


It is the rough draft of the chapter 2. In this chapter, we witness the council proceedings regarding saving a Solar System. By the time the chapter ends the protagonist has made the decision to go back in time to provide the help that the planet Blulan needs.
