A Brit living in upstate NY. Happy married to J Dan Francis who is a writer on here. I love the Adirondacks, reading, my husband (of course), photography and kettlebells and powerlifting. I write a blog twice a month for the local Kettlebell fitness center about the ups and downs of my fitness journey. My sense of humour is very British; my husband's is The Three Stooges, but we laugh a lot together. I have been enjoying reading stories on this site and hope that I fit in well with all of you.
