This is an excellent, uplifting book that uses lessons learned from the Biblical story of Joseph and applies them to modern life's challenges. There's also a very in-depth set of questions for each chapter at the end of the book. I hadn't realized that until I got to the end and I wished I'd done the questions chapter by chapter instead of all at the end, but they did include handy page references and memory joggers. I think the questions make it so that this book would be nice for book clubs as well as solo personal growth seekers. | ||

It's helpful, encouraging, and uplifting and based on Biblical truth. Although the author takes a lot of literary license in making the ancient stories come alive in a modern way, I think it makes it a more engaging read and more accessible to most people. | ||
