Lament

I would trade all of my tomorrow's for one single yesterday
One more chance to hold your paw in mine
One more chance to say I am sorry
To beg your forgiveness
To tell you how much I love you.

I would trade all of my tomorrow’s for one single yesterday
But that chance is gone.
I destroyed our love with jealousy
I destroyed the beauty we had
And I died unforgiven.

Oh, Prince of my heart and my life,
My soul cries out to you.
Accept the apologies of my humble heart,
For I promised to love you through all eternity
And eternity has not ended yet.
