The blind are leading the blind,
Over burning pits of eternal damnation
Over the strands which hold mankind together
Walking along hand in hand
And yet alone they each stand.

Through time the blind have led the blind,
Stumbling at the same point,
Having learnt the one route,
They walk through life.

Mistakes are made and noted down,
But upon them the blind frown
The lessons there,
Looked upon by a blank stare.

The blind are leading the blind,
And all you do is follow.

Making the same old mistakes.
