My Fears of Me

just how I feel sometimes

Why is it that I try to hide,
all my feelings deep inside?
Do I need to be alone?
Or do I fear of being known?
For if I'm alone
then who is to say
what I should feel
or what face to display.
But if I am known,
then people will see
the actual person that is me
and just how scary that thought can be.
Do you agree?
