It's there. Can you read it?

Walking along Hoover Dam, I saw these words painted on the surfaces along the top of the dam. Now at the dam, these surfaces were placed at alternating heights, and these words were painted on the lower surfaces. The other surfaces were about six inches higher yet didn't have these words on them. That, I thought, was a little unusual, not to mention a bit dangerous. Who knows who might be tempted to climb to the higher sections?
