My Allie Cat

A poem inspired by my granddaughter Alexzandra who is an exceptional, beautiful child.

My Allie Cat is a cutie pooh
She's 3 foot 6 with eyes of blue.
Straight blonde hair falls down her back;
She closes her letters with a SWAK.
At five years old she's a real trouper,
Asked by the principal to be a peer grouper.
Besides kindergarten she goes to class
With those less fortunate in worlds of glass.
Autistic children will learn to cope,
She gives these children the gift of hope.
