working to pay the bills in a job you hate

once again my alarm clock goes
another day of worry and woe

in the shower im close to tears
ive been in this job for 20 odd years

out the door and in the car
soon at work its not that far

doctors say ill be ok
take these pills it will go away

lifes no fun anymore
im stuck on the factory floor

sadness has taken over my life
if i keep this up ill lose my wife
