It's funny when you write something and realize you needed to hear it more than anyone

Here I am once more
To save you from your sin,
I'm knocking on your door
Will you please let me back in?

I've not heard from you in days
We really need to speak,
Please turn from your selfish ways
It hurts Me to see you so weak.

I touch you when your ill
And heal you when your lame,
But you deny Me still
And refuse to call my name.

I patiently wait as you ignore me
Longing to fill your soul,
Without Me you'll never be happy
Without Me you'll never be whole.

I will bless you beyond your dreams
If you would just reconsider,
But your happy or so it seems
Growing so cold and bitter.

Please don't wait too long
In giving Me your heart,
I will make you strong
And give you a fresh new start.

I know that you could make it
If you would make up your mind,
There's a place in My kingdom you will fit
Better than anywhere else you can find.
