Fool of Stone!

A poem about loving someone who doesn't love you back.

Two lives apart, one broken heart,
One lonely soul left to depart,
My love for you, it saw me through,
But you never loved me too,
My soul went blind, my heart it cried,
Yet no matter how hard I tried,
These tears of pain would not refrain,
You're in my heart forever stained,
But what I gave it was too grave,
And i'm the one I couldn't save,
I lie alone for you have shown,
A fool can fall just like a stone.
