Never Knew: explained

This is to explain my poem Never Knew, because reviewers seemed to want and explanition :)

Ok to explain the poem a bit.

Section 1: Primarily just used to start it off and give a base to work with for the rest of the poem.

Section 2: This took place my first year in middle school. It is my first big crush and I did not want to admit it at the time because that would have caused problems for me that I was not strong enough to handle.

Section 3: Is actually two separate places. One is me spending time with my mentor and friend. The other is the school hallway.

Section 4: Is my anger at myself and society for not letting me be who I am.

Section 5: This started in college. It is when I finally was able to let myself truly live

Section 6: Primarily used to wrap up the poem and give it closure.
