A poem about the blessings and maledictions that can be recieved from a woman. |
| More powerful than sword or spear A woman's touch, a woman's tear Though swords can break a soldier down A touch could turn his life around A spear determines his last day A tear can make him leave or stay Though powerful, in their own right A sword and spear cannot change lives They only steal the right to live But happiness, a touch can give A tear will tell the things to do And both can make, an old man, new The things that bring out love from fear A woman's touch, a woman's tear |
