Moon beams glow
From the heavens above
Showering us with wonder
They soothe away the wounds
Filling us with light

Moon beams glow
From the heavens above
They sprinkle down in droplets
Showering us with wonder
Breaking up the night

Moon beams glow
From the heavens above
Lessening the pain
They soothe away the wounds
Cause the scars to fade

Moon beams glow
From the heavens above
They block out the past
Filling us with light
Solace given for a night
