Appreciation and I love you

Two short poems.. needing a bit of advice to get to flow better..

Appreciation
You helped me through the good times and the bad
Always encouraged me when I was happy, when I was sad
Comforted me when no one else bothered to care
And assisted me when no one else would dare
You inspired me as I continued to grow
Whilst reassuring me when I felt really low
You protected me when times got rough
Cared for me, that was enough
I need to tell you
How much he helped me get through
I just need to say two words

Theres only one thing i have to say,
Something i try to tell you everyday
To build up the courage is a challange on its own
Oh how i wish youd already known
This feeling is unbearable to keep from you
And im starting to feel it seeping through
Onto your clothes, and into your heart.
Even when were miles apart:
Have you ever believed, In love at first sight?
Did you mean it when you said 'Youll be alright?'
Im nothing without you, as your everything to me
Understand that I love you, its not hard to see.
