Almost Erotic


It’s almost erotic
The sound of his bare feet
On the wooden floor.

He returns from the bathroom
Smelling of toothpaste
Wearing a towel
Around his waist.

Smiles that smile of his,
Leans over me,
and oh, that kiss!
Removes the towel…
