Does anyone know what goes on in ones head

No One Knows

No one knows what goes through my head.
No one understands, I wish I were dead.
No one thinks that I feel all alone.
No one, not even here in my home.
No one knows what’s going to be.
No one cares what happens to me.
No one hears my heart cry in pain.
No one knows what drives me insane.
No one knows how bad I feel.
No one knows the crap that life deals,
No one knows, nor do they care.
But I will speak out, when I dare.
No one knows but ME.
