In the dark, you brighten my day
Your smile makes the rain go away
Your laughter makes my heart flutter
Your touch turns my bones to butter
Holding me close I feel the beat of your heart
Never do I wish for us to part
Being with you I could never leave
Our bodies in a never ending weave
Us, dancing in the stars, so up high
Nothing we can do but fly
Tightly each other we hold
Forever and ever until we are old
Being with you I am complete
