When dreams are all that is left of a marriage. |
Fantasy Dreams of you I have every night. You're there pleasing to my sight. Arousing my feelings to the most. I kiss your lips and hold you close. If I can't have you here with me, My dreams bring back memories, I'll take what I can even fantasy. Of when we were in our twenties. I thought we had no love troubles, It would endure marriage struggles. I'm not saying only you are at fault. Demands I should not have sought. Maybe if I had listen to your wants, And not just all my selfish thoughts. I didn't realize what you endured. In our marriage I thought was sure. A marriage is fifty, fifty each way, Each spouse should have a say. I took love but no responsibility. It's needed for marriage durability. Feeling love we had for each other, Just as though we were together. Nights are cold I need you with me, You'll stay in dreams with fantasy. By: Kings |
