Lost Hope

The feelings of a lot of people in todays world

Have we lost all hope?
When the only way we can
live is by taken dope.
We live day by day in a
drug induce way.

We take a pill just to
have the will to face the
day. We take a pill at
night, just hoping that if
we wake we see the light.

The only thing we really
want is to have the pain
of a long ago day go away.

We will never be free of
the bad memories. We just
want it to be like it use
to be, when when our minds
were clear and our souls
were free.

When we could cope without
taken dope. Will we ever have
a chance to find our lost hope?
